Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Tomo Restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food and beverage offerings meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and supplies.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Food and Beverage Quality: Ensure that our food and beverage offerings meet the highest standards, including taste, presentation, and quality.
- Staff Management: Manage and train staff to ensure that they are providing excellent service and meeting the needs of our customers.
- Marketing and Promotion: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
- Client Focus: Strong focus on providing excellent customer service.
- Dependability: Reliable and dependable in all aspects of the job.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
- Organized: Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
