XL Logistics is seeking a highly skilled and organized office manager to oversee our administrative operations.
Job Description- We are looking for someone with 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in administration who can implement new procedures, review and evaluate existing ones, and delegate tasks to support staff.
The successful candidate will establish work priorities, ensure procedures are followed, and meet deadlines. They will also be responsible for coordinating and planning office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
In addition, the office manager will assist in preparing the operating budget, maintain inventory and budgetary controls, assemble data, and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
Key Responsibilities- Implement new administrative procedures and review and evaluate existing ones
- Delegate tasks to office support staff and establish work priorities
- Coordinate and plan for office services
- Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
XL Logistics estimates that the salary for this position will be around $45,000-$60,000 per annum, depending on location and qualifications.
Requirements- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in administration
- Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organization, reliability, ability to multitask, time management, and teamwork
This is a permanent full-time role with a 35-40 hour workweek and requires English language proficiency.
