Customer Success Liaison and Business Development Expert

The Account Manager position at Velox Imaging offers a wide variety of interesting tasks and responsibilities:
- Building and Strengthening Client Relationships: Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs, aiming to achieve long-term partnerships that drive business growth.
- Promoting Company Reputation: Preserve and enhance the company's image in the marketplace by being a face of the organization during sales, client meetings, and other interactions.
- Maintaining Accurate Records: Keep track of contract updates and renewals, ensuring seamless communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Product Value Proposition: Communicate the unique advantages of our products within and outside the organization, gathering feedback and ideas for ongoing product improvement.
- User Satisfaction: Perform follow-up calls and clinic visits to collect feedback, ensure user satisfaction, and maintain consistent quality standards.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Support Sales, Support, and other departments in maintaining a high level of service and quality, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
We offer a competitive salary of approximately $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications, along with benefits including dental care and extended health care.
