About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Executive to drive growth initiatives in our regional market. As a key member of our national sales team, you will be responsible for implementing engineering and environmental sales strategies to support business expansion and new product development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and prospects to ensure alignment with our national sales strategy.
  • Support corporate initiatives while prioritizing daily business requirements.
  • Monitor and track new business prospects and sales funnels, utilizing data and sales analysis to inform decision-making.
  • Assist the Vice President of Business Development with proposal development, RFPs, presentations, and templates.
  • Promote Pario's business products, processes, and operations as a subject matter expert.
About You

You possess a strong background in engineering, risk management, insurance, claims, marketing, and/or sales. Your excellent business acumen, risk management expertise, and Microsoft office product proficiency make you an ideal candidate for this role.

What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
