We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Liaison and Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Velox Imaging.

Job Overview
This role includes a wide range of responsibilities:
- Building and Strengthening Relationships: Establish long-term partnerships with clients by maintaining open communication, addressing their needs, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Client Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for client concerns and needs, providing prompt and effective solutions.
- Reputation Management: Represent Velox Imaging positively during sales, client meetings, and other interactions, upholding the company's reputation and image.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client contracts, renewals, and other relevant information.
- Product Communication: Effectively communicate the value proposition and unique advantages of Velox Imaging's products within and outside the organization.
- Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from clients, participate in product development backlog prioritization, and contribute to ongoing product improvement.
