Head of Whitelabel Partnerships

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Whitelabel Partnerships team in Canada as the Head of Whitelabel Partnerships. This role is a crucial contributor to our growth and success, requiring strong research skills, strategic thinking, and excellent relationship-building abilities.

About the Role
  • We're looking for someone who can identify new partnership opportunities and build a network of partners to drive revenue growth.
  • As the Head of Whitelabel Partnerships, you will develop strong relationships with current partners, provide training on our products and capabilities, and onboard new whitelabels.

You will work closely with our wider team to report on sales progress and contribute to our fast-paced culture.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify and acquire new Whitelabels through independent research and building a network of partners.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with current Whitelabel Partners.
  3. Work with our wider team to generate additional revenue for our partners and train them on Ebury's products and capabilities.
  4. Onboard new whitelabels and provide high-level customer service and client servicing.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on your experience and qualifications.

Requirements
  • Sales and/or relationship management experience in the financial services and FX sector.
  • Experience generating large private client transactions, such as overseas property purchases.
  • Proven track record within a B2B or client-facing environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and a sense of urgency aligned with our fast-paced culture.
