Role Overview

This exciting opportunity is for a Senior Technology Partnership Development Specialist who will drive end-to-end sales for our software development outsourcing service line across the US and Canada. Key responsibilities include:

  • Generating new business leads through effective networking, leveraging existing relationships, and cold outreach efforts.
  • Leading discovery meetings, articulating our services and value proposition, scoping projects, drafting Statements of Work (SOWs), and negotiating/closing deals.
Deliverables and Expectations
  • Develop a comprehensive sales plan, incorporating targeted account planning, prospecting efforts, marketing initiatives, and lead generation strategies.
  • Maintain pipeline progress and opportunity progression via HubSpot CRM, ensuring timely follow-up and effective deal closure.
  • Drive contract negotiations with clients, collaborating with internal legal and business partners as required.
About You

We are seeking an exceptional candidate with:

  • 7+ years of experience selling software development services to US-based companies, with a strong understanding of technology, particularly in Engineering, Product, and Design.
  • A proven track record of leveraging sales/marketing CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) and building successful email campaigns to drive new business.
  • Tech background preferably in engineering or product, with expertise in software development services.
