At Reliance Home Comfort, we are seeking a highly skilled Director, Commercial Sales to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to drive growth in the rental HVAC and water heater market among commercial managers across Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all activities and performance of a team of professional salespeople as they prospect, bid, and close business.
  • Work closely with local branch and field technicians to ensure flawless installation and service that commercial managers rely on.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and achieve annual targets.
  • Maintain clear communication of mutual expectations with sales professionals and stakeholders.

We are looking for a results-driven individual with a proven track record in commercial sales and management. The ideal candidate will have:

Requirements:
  • Postsecondary education and equivalent work experience in commercial sales or a similar capacity.
  • Minimum 10+ years of sales and sales management experience with direct selling into the Commercial Management/landlord/real estate trust space.
  • Success in building annual sales plans, recognition programs for a B2B sales force.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive compensation package, including benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
