**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Sales Growth Director to lead our sales team in Canada. This is a quota and target-based position, requiring the ability to drive sales growth, manage a team of sales professionals, and ensure seamless installation and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute annual sales plans to achieve rental HVAC and water heater growth targets.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure they meet or exceed their sales targets.
  • Collaborate with local branches and field technicians to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure flawless installation and service execution.
  • Work closely with Key Account Managers to develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of sales and sales management experience in commercial sales or a similar capacity.
  • Proven track record of success in building annual sales plans, recognition programs, and leading B2B sales teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to challenge customers with insights that disrupt traditional business practices and lead to new partnerships opportunities.
  • Results-driven individual with strong leadership skills, able to influence without authority.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a cross-functional business structure.

Salary:** $120,000 - $180,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
