Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Manager to lead our Beyond Beer portfolio at CA41 RTD Canada Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a long-term business plan for the Beyond Beer business unit, including industry, category, and segment forecasting. They will also be responsible for managing relationships with existing partner brands and driving development of new partner relationships and brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a long-term business plan for the Beyond Beer business unit, including industry, category, and segment forecasting.
  • Manage relationships with existing partner brands and drive development of new partner relationships and brands.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize portfolio and SKU counts by brand and sales channel/geography.
  • Collaborate with the brand team to develop brand architecture and flavor renovation strategies for the Beyond Beer portfolio.
  • Manage and coach one direct report, Manager of Strategy and Partnerships.

Requirements

  • Mandatory University Degree in Business or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of Sales or Marketing experience, preferably complemented with 2 years Back-Office experience.
  • Effective storytelling skills, with the ability to communicate and sell your vision to stakeholders in all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse internal and external groups.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, leveraging structured thinking to break down complex and undefined problems into actionable work streams.
  • Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to synthesize multiple data sources into actionable insights.
  • Strong project management and organization skills to manage the multiple priorities of yourself and your team.
  • Knowledge of Canadian liquor regulations & passion for the industry.
