Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our Commercial Centre of Excellence team at Pernod Ricard España SA. As a Senior Business Analyst, Commercial Strategy & Performance, you will play a critical role in supporting our company's ambition to profitably beat the market through ongoing analysis of our Commercial performance and the development of recommended actions and frameworks to evolve our performance outlook.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Senior Director Commercial Strategy and Performance with detailed analysis and insights to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain National and regional Commercial performance scorecards of Commercial KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor depletions of all Allocated products and coordinate plans to resolve issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Provide ongoing reconciliation of Shipments to OTCs for various stakeholders across the Commercial team, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  • Support industry forecasts across Spirits, Wine & RTD categories, leveraging advanced analytic skills to inform business decisions.
  • Develop provisional regional forecasts for innovation/new product launches, considering market trends and consumer behavior.
  • Monitor listing status and national/regional performance vs KPIs for innovation products, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Provide analytical support to the Market-Customer & Brand Teams, leveraging expertise to inform business decisions.
  • Partner with Brand and Execution teams to develop best-practice for in-store execution standards, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced analytic mindset, with experience in market insights and analytics.
  • Ability to interpret market performance and trends, with a strong understanding of the Spirits & Wine industry.
  • Undergrad Degree or equivalent work experience, with a strong foundation in business and analytics.
  • 2+ years of experience in analysis and strategic insights, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Strong technical knowledge in MS Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in data analysis and visualization.
