    • Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and profitability in the Canadian Buildings Engineering division.

  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and motivate a team of senior specialists to achieve business objectives and deliver high-quality results.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Client Relationships

Requirements
  • Qualifications
    • Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) license in Canada.
    • Minimum 10+ years of experience in a senior leadership role in a professional services firm.

    • Ability to develop and implement business strategies and plans.
