About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Nelly's Pub and Pizza. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team and ensuring that our menu items are prepared to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation
    • Develop and implement new menu items and specials
    • Source high-quality ingredients and suppliers
  • Culinary Team Management
    • Lead and motivate a team of cooks and kitchen staff
    • Train and develop staff to improve skills and knowledge
  • Kitchen Operations
    • Ensure efficient and safe kitchen operations
    • Manage inventory and supplies
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all menu items are prepared to the highest standards
    • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer feedback
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field
    • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Head Cook
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
Work Environment

Nelly's Pub and Pizza is a fast-paced and dynamic environment. As an Executive Chef, you will be required to work in a team environment and be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
