About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at NGL Holdings Ltd. as a key member of our culinary operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation

Develop and implement menus that showcase our commitment to quality and excellence in culinary arts.

Culinary Leadership

Lead and mentor a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure seamless execution of menu items and exceptional customer service.

Inventory Management

Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to maintain optimal kitchen operations.

Food Safety and Quality Control

Ensure adherence to food safety protocols and maintain high standards of quality control in all kitchen operations.

Staff Training and Development

Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of kitchen staff.

Customer Service

Ensure exceptional customer service by preparing and presenting dishes that meet our high standards of quality and presentation.

Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 35-40 hours per week in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Language and Work Setting

This role requires fluency in English and the ability to work in a restaurant setting.
