We are a leading steakhouse and bar chain, known for our high-quality food and exceptional service. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen team to deliver an unforgettable dining experience to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement menus that showcase our signature steaks and other culinary delights
    • Source high-quality ingredients from reputable suppliers
  • Kitchen Operations
    • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure efficient and safe food preparation
    • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Team Management
    • Lead and motivate a team of cooks and kitchen staff to achieve exceptional results
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock
    • Develop and implement systems to track inventory and monitor usage
  • Quality Control
    • Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation
    • Monitor and address any quality control issues promptly
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Skills
    • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge
    • Strong leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Work Environment

As an Executive Chef at The Keg Steakhouse and Bar, you will work in a dynamic and fast-paced kitchen environment. You will be required to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a physically demanding environment.
