About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Nelly's Pub and Pizza. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team and ensuring that our menu items are prepared to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement new menu items and specials.
  • Chef Management: Supervise and train our kitchen staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Manage our inventory of ingredients and supplies to minimize waste and ensure that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that our food meets our high standards.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by ensuring that our customers receive their food in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience as a head cook or executive chef in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Skills: Excellent culinary skills, leadership skills, and ability to work well under pressure.
Work Environment

As a member of our kitchen staff, you will be working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of customer demand. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a physically demanding environment.
