Administrative Services Coordinator

At SK Global Traders Limited, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and ensuring that procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, be organized, reliable, and able to multitask. They will also have the ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage their time efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
- Delegate work to office support staff
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Perform data entry
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Permanent employment
- English language proficiency
- 35 hours per week
