Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Besharam Bar and Grill. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Budgeting and Financial Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to ensure profitability, develop and implement cost-saving measures, and monitor revenue and expenses.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff, to ensure that they are providing excellent customer service and meeting the restaurant's standards.
- Menu Planning and Pricing: Develop and implement menu plans and pricing strategies to ensure that the restaurant is competitive and profitable.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, beverages, and supplies to ensure that the restaurant is well-stocked and that waste is minimized.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, respond to customer complaints and concerns, and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
- Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing and promotional activities to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that the restaurant is in compliance with all health and safety regulations, including food safety and sanitation standards.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that the restaurant is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including liquor licensing and employment standards.
Requirements:
- College or CEGEP diploma in a related field (e.g. hospitality, business, management)
- 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and customer service
