Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at MB's Fairview Restaurant Limited. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
- Operations Management
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting areas for improvement and suggesting solutions.
- Customer Service
- Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that their issues are resolved promptly and to their satisfaction.
- Work Environment
- Work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods and working under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language
- Fluent in English.
