Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Senior Commercial Markets team as Vice-President, Senior Commercial Markets. As a proactive market leader, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strong client relationships, and coaching a team of relationship management specialists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coach a team of relationship management specialists to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Ensure a strong culture of risk management and compliance within the team.
  • Develop and maintain strong practice management routines to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
  • Strong sales leadership experience with a proven track record of driving business growth.
  • Minimum five years' experience in large commercial credit ($5MM+).
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, or Finance with strong analytical skills.
  • Proven track record in financial and credit analysis in support of exceptional client relationship management.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to perform well under pressure, and manage multiple tasks while meeting time-sensitive deadlines.
  • Experience and comfort with emerging technology (e.g. video conferencing, social media, digital banking, and mobile applications).
