About the Role

  • Drafting Court Documents
    • Drafting court documents, such as Affidavits, Motions, Affidavits of Documents, Bills of Cost, Trial Records, Claims, and other related documents.
  • Coordinating with Court Offices
    • Coordinating with court offices and preparing documents for e-filing with various Courts.
  • Reviewing Transcripts and Assembling Answers
    • Reviewing transcripts and assembling answers to undertakings.
  • Handling Administrative Matters
    • Handling of administrative matters, such as coordinating meetings, scheduling court appearances, all manner of correspondence, etc.
  • Other Tasks
    • Other tasks as assigned.

What You Bring

  • Experience and Qualifications
    • As the ideal candidate, you possess 3+ years' experience working as a Litigation Law Clerk with exposure to various commercial matters, including insurance, professional liability, construction litigation, etc.
  • Education and Skills
    • You have successfully completed a Law Clerk diploma program and possess superior technical skills, including MS Office Suite, Document Management Software, PC Law and/or Ghost Practice, docketing, and billing time.
