About the Opportunity
Forge Recruitment is proud to partner with a distinguished multi-service law firm in their search for a Commercial Litigation Law Clerk. This role offers a unique chance to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the firm's success.
Key Responsibilities
* Draft and prepare court documents, including Affidavits, Motions, and Bills of Cost, with attention to detail and adherence to legal standards.
* Coordinate with court offices and ensure timely e-filing of documents with various Courts.
* Review transcripts and assemble answers to undertakings, demonstrating strong analytical skills.
* Handle administrative tasks, such as scheduling court appearances, coordinating meetings, and managing correspondence.
* Perform other tasks as assigned by the team.

Requirements
* 3+ years of experience as a Litigation Law Clerk, with exposure to commercial matters, including insurance, professional liability, and construction litigation.
* Completion of a Law Clerk diploma program and proficiency in MS Office Suite, Document Management Software, PC Law, and/or Ghost Practice.
* Strong technical skills and attention to detail.
