Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in case preparation by drafting documents, preparing briefs, and organizing evidence.
  • Conduct in-depth legal research to support case strategy and preparation.
  • Support with precision: help prepare and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents related to commercial and real estate matters.
Requirements:
  • Completion of a paralegal training program or equivalent legal education.
  • Proven experience in corporate and commercial law, real estate transactions, and commercial litigation (or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of legal procedures, documentation, and court systems.
