About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for drafting court documents, including Affidavits, Motions, and Bills of Cost, as well as coordinating with court offices and preparing documents for e-filing. Additionally, they will review transcripts and assemble answers to undertakings, handle administrative matters, and perform other tasks as assigned.

RequirementsThe ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of experience working as a Litigation Law Clerk with exposure to various commercial matters, including insurance, professional liability, and construction litigation. They will have successfully completed a Law Clerk diploma program and possess superior technical skills, including MS Office Suite, Document Management Software, PC Law, and/or Ghost Practice.
