About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Law Clerk to join our team at TAG HR. As a Senior Litigation Law Clerk, you will play a critical role in supporting our Personal Injury and Litigation practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our Personal Injury and Litigation team, managing files from initiation to settlement or decision.
  • Draft and prepare legal documents, including statements of claim, motions, affidavits, and correspondence.
  • Organize and maintain files and documentation using our case management system.
  • Provide training and oversight to junior clerks and support their professional development.
  • Assist with trial preparation and support, including coordinating with lawyers and other stakeholders.
  • Handle accident benefits files and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a Law Clerk, with a focus on Personal Injury and Litigation.
  • Strong understanding of the Rules of Civil Procedure and relevant legislation.
  • Proficiency in case management systems, including CLIO.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
