About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our outbound sales team at TransUnion LLC. This is a hybrid position, with regular virtual and in-person performance of job responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth through outbound sales efforts.
  • Manage and coach a team of up to 4-7 sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Collaborate with internal leadership to drive business planning, account segmentation, and pipeline management.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to optimize sales processes and improve performance.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in leading B2B sales teams, preferably in credit reporting or related industries.
  • Proven track record of success in managing outbound sales teams and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with ability to motivate and develop sales representatives.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with ability to analyze sales data and develop effective strategies.
