About the RoleWe are looking for an accomplished sales professional with 10 years of experience in strategizing, problem-solving, and closing large-sized sales. The ideal candidate must be willing to relocate to the Ontario area and possess excellent communication skills, regular attendance at networking events, and great working relationships with others in a fast-paced environment.
The successful Sales Director will lead our construction sales team, driving sales growth from $1 million to $10 million in two years. Key objectives include acquiring 6 high-value residential or commercial customer leads, achieving a project award rate of over 60%, hiring a sales manager using company methods, and determining mission-critical requirements for sales success.
This role requires a collaborative approach, working closely with our estimating department to optimize sales efforts and tracking metrics. In Year 2, we expect the Sales Director to acquire 4 high-value commercial customer leads, achieve an 80% project award rate, plan and create a year-end sales strategy presentation, and prepare for Year 3 objectives.
