  • Manage and coach a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth in new revenue streams.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans to pursue them.
  • Monitor and review sales performance, providing coaching and feedback to team members as needed.
  • Manage pipeline acumen, pipeline health, and new opportunity growth through Salesforce.com.
  • Drive the effective use of business planning with select clients and structured sales plans by sales associates.
  • Effectively partner with internal leadership/partners to support the success of the sales organization.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10+ years of leading B2B sales teams and expertise in credit reporting or related industry.
  • 7+ years of managing outbound sales team experience and ability to manage a team remotely.
  • Previous track record of success and proven results with managing a sales team charged with generating growth in new revenue.
  • French language capabilities - an asset.
