About the Role:

TransUnion LLC is seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager to lead our Outbound Sales team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the overall strategy and direction of the team, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Manage and coach a team of sales representatives to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans to pursue them.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive sales growth and retention.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure the team is competitive and effective.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets.
  • Experience managing a team of sales representatives, with a focus on coaching, development, and performance management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to improve performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
