Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and organized Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Bhullar Excavating and Demolition Inc.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in administration, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency;
  • Review and evaluate existing procedures to identify areas for improvement;
  • Delegate work to office support staff as needed;
  • Establish clear work priorities and ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met;
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including coordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services;
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls;
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence;
  • Perform data entry tasks;
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures;
  • Resolve conflict situations and provide guidance to staff members;
  • Monitor and evaluate office operations to ensure they are running smoothly;
  • Plan and control budgets and expenditures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience;
  • 1-7 months of experience in an administrative role;
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Proficient in MS Windows and other office software;
  • Public transportation is available near the workplace.
