Executive Office Coordinator

We are seeking an Executive Office Coordinator to join our team at Bagga Forex Ltd.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, be highly detail-oriented and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for providing administrative support to senior management, coordinating events and meetings, maintaining records and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Arrange seminars, conferences, and other corporate events
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings and conferences
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Arrange travel itineraries and make reservations
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- Maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Ability to work on site with no option to work remotely
$45,000 - $55,000 per year
