Job Summary

  • Provide administrative assistance to the management team, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  • Answer and direct telephone calls, electronic enquiries, and relay messages to the relevant personnel.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure efficient record-keeping.
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
