Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced administrative professional to coordinate day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and possess strong organizational abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record and prepare meeting minutes, reports, and other documents;
- Determine and establish efficient office procedures and routines;
- Schedule appointments and confirm bookings;
- Answer phone calls and relay messages;
- Compile data, statistics, and other information;
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory;
- Maintain manual and computerized filing systems;
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role;
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
