Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced administrative professional to coordinate day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and possess strong organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and prepare meeting minutes, reports, and other documents;
  • Determine and establish efficient office procedures and routines;
  • Schedule appointments and confirm bookings;
  • Answer phone calls and relay messages;
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information;
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory;
  • Maintain manual and computerized filing systems;
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
