Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Administrative Officer to join our team at Round Wrap Industries Ltd. as a full-time and permanent position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain and organize office files, both physical and electronic, for easy access and retrieval of information.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including creating work priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, review and evaluate new procedures.
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
Requirements
  • Degree: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Languages: English
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Attention to details
  • Personal Suitability: Reliability, Flexibility, Organized

What We Offer

We offer competitive compensation based on experience. Estimated salary range for this position is CAD $35.00 per hour on a 40-hour workweek basis, leading to an estimated annual salary of approximately $72,800 - $76,000 depending on the number of hours worked.
