About the Job

The Park Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our park operations, including budgeting, financial management, and retail and marketing programs. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage staff effectively. The ideal candidate will have experience in foodservice management and be familiar with branded concepts.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage client relations and ensure customer satisfaction
  2. Develop and implement retail and marketing programs
  3. Cater to large events and ensure compliance with quality assurance, health, safety, and environmental standards
  4. Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
Requirements
  1. A post-secondary education and at least 5 years of experience in foodservice management
  2. Advanced Food Service Training (AFST) certification and Level 1 and 2 Health and Safety Certification training
  3. Demonstrated experience hosting large events and managing catering services
  4. Knowledge of MS Word and Excel, as well as any POS System
