Community Operations Manager

About the Role:

The Community Manager is a crucial position within Concert Properties, overseeing the administrative and maintenance operations at Fraser Pointe 2. This individual will be responsible for managing on-site and mobile staff, approving vacation requests, addressing personnel issues, and conducting inspections. Additionally, they will oversee housekeeping, preventive maintenance, and repairs, coordinate with contractors, and ensure quality standards.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess comprehensive knowledge of relevant legislation, building systems, and maintenance. Excellent communication skills are essential, as well as leasing and marketing experience. Proficiency in computer applications like Microsoft Office and Yardi is also required, along with strong leadership and multitasking abilities. A clear criminal record and credit check are necessary, and you must become proficient in various software systems such as Yardi, UltiPro, Keyscan, CCTV, and Suite Spot.
