Residential Operations Manager

Your new role
The Residential Operations Manager oversees the administrative and maintenance operations at Fraser Pointe 2, serving both Fraser Pointe 1 & 2, totaling 360 residential units. Key responsibilities include managing on-site and mobile staff, approving vacation requests, addressing personnel issues, and conducting inspections. The role involves overseeing housekeeping, preventive maintenance, and repairs, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring quality standards. The Residential Operations Manager also handles tenant relations, rent collection, and tenancy violations, participates in fire and life safety procedures, supports budget preparation, monitors expenses and revenue, and ensures accurate records.
What You Need to Succeed:
The ideal candidate should have comprehensive knowledge of relevant legislation, building systems, and maintenance, along with excellent communication skills. They should possess leasing and marketing experience, proficiency in computer applications like Microsoft Office and Yardi, and demonstrate strong leadership and multitasking abilities. A clear criminal record and credit check are required, and they must become proficient in various software systems such as Yardi, UltiPro, Keyscan, CCTV, and Suite Spot.
A competitive salary, including a base salary ranging from $65,000 to $80,000, is offered, along with benefits such as four weeks of vacation, extended health benefits from day one, a defined pension, tuition reimbursement, a health spending account, and parking. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to work for one of the most respected real estate firms in the Canadian market, with a clear path for long-term progression.
