Key Responsibilities- Observe, monitor, and document residents' physical and psychological conditions;
- Provide and assist with personal care to residents as required;
- Assess resident health status, differentiating between normal and abnormal physical findings and recognizing deviations from mental health baseline;
- Evaluate and apply infection control practices;
In this pivotal role, you will play an essential part in enhancing the quality of life for our residents through attentive and personalized care.
Salary & BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of $32.84 - $41.35 per hour, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes extended health and dental coverage, an Employee Assistance Program, and opportunities for continuing education and advancement within the organization.
Requirements- Graduation from a recognized Practical Nursing program;
- Active registration with the BCCNM as an LPN;
- Occupational First Aide Level 1 certification;
- Satisfactory proof of COVID-19 vaccinations;
- Effective communication skills in English.
