About the Role

The Community Manager oversees the administrative and maintenance operations at Fraser Pointe 2, which serves both Fraser Pointe 1 & 2, totalling 360 residential units. Responsibilities include managing on-site and mobile staff, approving vacation requests, addressing personnel issues, and conducting inspections.

The role involves overseeing housekeeping, preventive maintenance, and repairs, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring quality standards. The Community Manager also handles tenant relations, rent collection, and tenancy violations, participates in fire and life safety procedures, supports budget preparation, monitors expenses and revenue, and ensures accurate records.

Requirements
  • Comprehensive knowledge of relevant legislation, building systems, and maintenance
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Leasing and marketing experience
  • Proficiency in computer applications like Microsoft Office and Yardi
  • Strong leadership and multitasking abilities

A clear criminal record and credit check are required, and proficiency in various software systems such as Yardi, UltiPro, Keyscan, CCTV, and Suite Spot is essential.
