Real Estate Operations Manager

Your New RoleThe Community Manager oversees administrative and maintenance operations at Fraser Pointe 2, serving 360 residential units. Responsibilities include managing staff, approving vacation requests, addressing personnel issues, conducting inspections, overseeing housekeeping, preventive maintenance, and repairs, coordinating with contractors, ensuring quality standards, handling tenant relations, rent collection, participating in fire and life safety procedures, supporting budget preparation, monitoring expenses and revenue, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage on-site and mobile staff
- Approve vacation requests
- Address personnel issues
- Conduct inspections
- Oversight of housekeeping, preventive maintenance, and repairs
- Coordination with contractors
- Tenant relations, rent collection, and tenancy violations
- Fire and life safety procedures
- Budget preparation
- Expense and revenue monitoring
- Maintain accurate records
The ideal candidate should have comprehensive knowledge of relevant legislation, building systems, and maintenance, along with excellent communication skills, leasing and marketing experience, proficiency in computer applications like Microsoft Office and Yardi, and strong leadership and multitasking abilities.
What You Will Receive:In exchange for your commitment to the role, you will enjoy a competitive salary, including a base salary ranging from $65,000 to $80,000, along with other benefits such as 4 weeks of vacation, extended health benefits from day one, a defined pension, tuition reimbursement, health spending account, and parking.
