About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at NAPA Auto Parts. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading our store team to achieve exceptional customer service, sales growth, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service and Sales Growth: Provide excellent customer service and support sales growth by working with the store team, sales representative, and regional management team.
  • Culture and Team Management: Promote a culture of respect, accountability, collaboration, and teamwork. Help recruit and train team members, keep them motivated, and ensure their health and well-being.
  • Financial Management: Manage the store budget and take necessary steps to continuously improve financial results.
  • Operational Compliance: Ensure store compliance with operational processes and standards for both wholesale and retail sales.
Qualifications
  • Experience: At least 5–7 years of experience in the business-to-business (B2B) industry or in-store operations, including 3 years in a personnel management position where you were responsible for financial performance.
  • Education: College diploma or other degree in business administration, or equivalent work experience.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the automotive aftermarket industry.
  • Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
