Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at NAPA Auto Parts. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and store staff to achieve sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Team Management: Provide guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to store staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Customer Service and Sales Growth: Work with the sales team to identify opportunities to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and develop strategies to achieve sales growth targets.
- Store Operations and Compliance: Ensure that all store operations are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures, and that all regulatory requirements are met.
- Financial Management: Manage the store budget, control costs, and ensure that financial targets are met.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 5-7 years of experience in a retail or business-to-business environment, with a minimum of 3 years in a management role.
- Education: College diploma or equivalent work experience in business administration or a related field.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with inventory management systems.
