Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Scorteus Leather Store. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring they are meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately recorded and that merchandise is displayed in an attractive and appealing manner.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Merchandise Management: Authorize the return of merchandise, manage stock levels, and ensure that merchandise is accurately priced and displayed.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights to management on areas for improvement.
- Training and Development: Hire, train, and develop sales staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
- Work Term: Permanent.
