Job Title: Store Operations Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team at UAP Inc. As a key member of our retail sales team, you will be responsible for leading our store operations, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Manage Store Budget: Prepare and manage the store budget, ensuring that all financial goals are met and exceeded.
- Ensure Compliance: Ensure that all store operations are in compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 5-7 years of experience in retail sales, store operations, or a related field.
- Education: College diploma or degree in business administration or a related field.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of the automotive aftermarket industry and its trends.
