Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to lead our team at Victoria Mini Mart. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for managing staff, assigning duties, and driving sales growth through effective marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Manage and motivate a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, analyze consumer demand, and inform purchasing decisions.
- Merchandise Procurement: Source and procure high-quality merchandise for resale, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales growth, increase brand awareness, and attract new customers.
- Operational Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily store operations to ensure efficient use of resources and maximum profitability.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
