Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Scorteus Leather Store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and efficient stockroom operations.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming store environment, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Merchandising: Collaborate with the buying team to select and display merchandise, ensuring visual appeal and maximizing sales potential.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, well-maintained, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Skills: Accurate, Client focus, Efficient interpersonal skills, Excellent oral communication, Flexibility, Organized, Reliability, Team player
Work Environment
