Store Operations Manager

Job Summary:
The Store Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the total operation of a Spirit Halloween Consignment Store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability. This includes establishing and maintaining Guest Services, controlling expenses, and managing shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of the store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the store, including Guest Services and sales.
- Control expenses and manage inventory to ensure maximum profitability.
- Manage shrink and implement measures to prevent loss.
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to drive sales.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales associates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum age requirement is 21.
- Flexible schedule required.
- Prior retail management experience required.
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours, climb ladders, and lift/move up to 50 pounds.
Working for Spencer Gifts - Spirit Halloween:
As a Store Operations Manager for Spencer Gifts - Spirit Halloween, you will be working with Spirit Halloween merchandise, but Spirit Halloween will not be your employer. Your employer will be the independent owner and operator, who shall have sole responsibility for your employment. Spencer Gifts - Spirit Halloween shall have no obligation or responsibility to you with regard to your employment by the consignment operator.
