Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Scorteus Leather Store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Manage the day-to-day activities of the store, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies to increase sales and drive business growth.
- Team Management: Supervise and train sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Loss Prevention: Implement and maintain loss prevention strategies to minimize shrinkage and protect company assets.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to improve store performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
