Job Title: Cleaning Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Operations Coordinator to join our team at Six Brix Inc. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our office building, commercial facility, and other sites.

About the Role:

  • Coordinate and supervise the activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  • Inspect sites to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Recommend additional services such as painting, repair work, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment as needed.
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties and establish work schedules.
  • Supervise 1-2 people.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, oral communication, written communication, and reliability.
