Job Title: Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at First Nation school supplies Inc. This role is responsible for coordinating daily operations, ensuring the smooth flow of information within the team, and supporting the HR department in achieving the organization's goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Manage the activities of the HR department to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Direct and control daily operations, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources efficiently.
  • Open and distribute mail and other materials to keep the team informed and up-to-date.
  • Plan and organize daily operations to maximize productivity and minimize disruptions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field (e.g., business administration, human resources).
  • At least 7 months of experience in a similar role, preferably in an administrative or operations setting.
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook and MS Office, with strong computer and technology skills.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
Salary and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
